Time to stop looking back at past events that are holding you back,
stop giving them so much attention.
You are holding on to those things for a reason,
but what if you just change your focus
and start giving what you WANT that attention?

Ask yourself “What am I gaining by holding onto this?”
And you are gaining something otherwise you wouldn’t be holding on to it.
But so often, it’s just not worth what you are getting.
A better life is waiting for you if you can face forward instead of back.
