Say what you actually think out-loud
If you are to embarrassed to say what you really think, why do you think that is?
Are your thoughts crappy, or are you in the wrong company?
Do you feel like you just need to nod and agree?
Do your thoughts make you wonder if you were beamed in from another planet?

You do not have to think like everyone else.
And there will be other people who do think like you, you just have to find them.
Sometimes saying what you think out-loud will speed up the process of weeding out the people who don’t think like you.
If people start backing away from you slowly, it’s fairly probable they will not return.
